Ingredients

4 lg russet potatoes
2 Tbs Garam masala
1/3 lg onion
1 tsp Thai green chilli
1/4 c. peas
1 Tbs ginger
Salt
Pepper
Cilantro

Instructions

Boil potatoes

Add all ingredients, mash

Add peas and ginger (cheese optional)
